Store Policies

All our products are made to order in an effort to reduce overstocking products. Once your order is placed, our team will move quickly to produce your item with lots of love and your product will ship out around 2.5-3 weeks after placing order.

Shipping:

Products are shipped USPS shipping. For now we are only shipping within the United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia. Will add more countries soon. Once the order is ready to ship, packages usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive.  

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us and we will send a replacement if we have more inventory.   

For international orders, please understand that once it leaves the US, we have no control over packages.

Returns:

Sale items are final sale. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us and we will help out with the exchange process.
